Hot Flashes. Occasional High BP. Suggest

Okay I'm 22 turning 23 male. Recently I've been hot all the time for some reason and idk why. I now wake up sweaty in the morning and that never happens to me cause I rarely sweat. I weigh 165 and I'm 6ft, only thing I can narrow it down to is every time I go to the doc I have high blood pressure every now and then. Usually my hands and feet are really cold and now I'm all hot and I'm confused why this is happening

Hello
As you mention your weight is 165 if it is in kg so it is think to worry.
you should go to rule out the cause of excess weight .
as a primary investigation you should go for Thyroid hormone (T3 T4 TSH) investigation.
Hot Sensation and high blood pressure heavy weight usually associated with Thyroid hormone imbalance .
You should consult to a Endocrinologist For further evaluation
Ok Take care
