Hi and thanks for the query,
the pains you describe are most probably of rhuemtologic origin. A good clinical examination by a rheumatologist shall be an invaluable tool in making an appropriate diagnosis. An erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C reactive protein level, which are markers of inflammation shall give us a measure of the degree of inflammation. Rheumatoid factor for rheumatoid arthritis could be measured, Antinuclear Antibodies for Lupus and other systemic disease, Anti DS, Anti Sm shall be done based on the appraisal of the doctor. A rays, complete blood cunts complementing these exams and a physical examination should be enough in giving a clear orientation with respect to the origin of such pains.
I suggest you consult a rheumatologist.
Best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
