High Sugar Levels Even After Taking Humiin. When Should Novolog Be Taken And How Much?
I take 70/30humiin 50units in morning and25 in evening my blood sugar still be to high. so when should I take my novolog and how and how much

It can be adjusted only on monitoring you sugar levels . Your HbA1C needs to be determined before adjustment . Kindly see a diabetologist for this purpose.

Dear sir/madam
You are taking human insulin mixed, if you are not getting proper control with insulin and oral drugs then you can try to change to basal bolus regimen.
There are lot of newer drugs available such as DPP4 inhibitors, Amylin agonists and alpha glucosidase inhibitors
If dont have any contraindications such as kidney and liver disease then you can start the appropriate combination of drugs after consulting your doctor
