High Blood Pressure. On Xanax For Anxiety. Should I Be Concerned?

My bp was high yesterday but today has been fair ok. (Highest read 148/98 yesterday but to day ave 119/87) my BPM though has remained anywhere from 95 to115. Iv had some symptoms that made me a little nervous but they've disappeared. I'm treated for anxiety with xanax ir 1mg bid, adderall it 10mg bip for add , and ambien as needed for sleep( which I haven't used for four days). The adderall script was different manufacturer and I figured my body would adjust. Don't feel bad, just some fatigue. BPM is a little high, should i concerned?

Hi
Yes your BP is a bit to high but you shouldn't be concerned you are at the limits of what we call hypertension.
I recommend to avoid salty foods, reduce alcohol intake and to increase physical activity.
Also talk with your doctor to start a treatment to reduce BP (Hope i answered to your query.
