High TSH levels. Should I start medication? Will exercise reduce TSH levels?

Hello Doctor I am 35 yrs old working lady I had my thyroid test on last sunday and my TSH level is 7.97 should I start my tablet or should I go for yoga and walk to cure this problem because last year my TSH level was 6.6 that tym i did walk andthen TSH level drops down to 3 MY email address is YYYY@YYYY

you are hypothyroid and u need thyroxine every day to keep tsh below 4.5 coz high tsh will can heart problems and you will get fat ....check your cholestrol coz it will be high as well
