Hi, My Husbend Blood Pressure Is 92/57.Last Month Had Done

Hi, my Husbend blood pressure is 92/57.Last month had done pacemaker and today he has a
Irregular heart beat. His pacemakers have shown 60 all the time but with irregular heart beat now is 82
Goes up and down constantly. Now it shows. 92/57/82
Do I need to give him xeralto because he took one today.
Thank you I need to know quickly because I am worried.

Thanks for writing to us.
1. No, do not repeat xeralto. As for most if its indications it is given once daily.
2. An irregular heartbeat may be an indicator of fresh heart rhythm disturbance.
It is more important as BP is low.
Please Visit ER (emergency room).
