Hello, I Am 29 Years Old. I Have Peri Oral

Hello, I am 29 years old. I have peri oral hypopigmentation that i have just remarked but in previous photos of 2007 it is already there and has the same exact size, persisting but not accentuated after tanning in the summer. My phototype is IIIB and don t have any similar lesions elsewhere. Could this be vitiligo or could be ethnic discoloration? I have auto immune history in my mothers sister. Thank you

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this is not the vitiligo but the chances of fungal infection is just likely and this need to be ruled out, on tentative basis this can be treated with "Miconazole cream" hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
