Heavy Object Fell On Foot, IS That Normal Or Should I Go To The Doctor ?

A few days ago at work i had a heavy object fall on the top of my foot. For the first day i had alot of pain. Now it's been about a week and i have no pain but i just noticed a hug knot. IS that normal or should i go to the doctor.

Thanks for query,
As there is no pain and difficulty in walking,fracture is less likely.
It is possible that hematoma might have developed causing huge knot.
Consult orthopedic and if hematoma is there or any infection is there this can be treated in time.
