Heavy Bleeding During Periods, More Than 11 Days. Taking Deviry Tablets, Condition Worsened. Suggestions?

hi Dr. I am 30 years of age and i have a problem with my monthly periods since i bleed a lot and the for more than 11 days. And Dr. I forgetfully took a Deviry 10mg tablet. and now my bleeding has increase due that tablet that i have taken. So Dr. please advice me on how to stop my bleeding and the menses. and also i would need advise to over come this matter and get pregnant.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound to find out the possible cause for your problem.
After that you can take treatment accordingly along with medicines to stop the blood flow.
As you took only one tablet of deviry, that will not help in stopping the flow and also can lead to withdrawal bleeding.
So after identifying the actual problem you can go for hormonal pills with your doctor's advice that can decrease the blood flow.
Once your periods become regular you may not have problem in conceiving.
