OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist for her examination and please do not worry because when periods start they may be heavy because cycle are anovulatory.
Give her non spicy healthy diet, Green leafy vegetables, plenty of water orally and proper sleep. Take some medicine for heavy bleeding.
Good luck.
Regards
