my father aged 52 ,nowadays feel heaviness of his stomach and fever .after few days its getting cured automatically.But why does it cause ?

This is a very short history to diagnose a disease.
Has the heaviness in abdomen has any relation to food? And if fever is present please write the degree of fever.
By and large looking to his age the heaviness can be due to indigetion. Please give him Digestive enzyme tab or liquid after food for few days.
