Headaches On Right Side Above Eyes During Late Afternoons, Twinges Of Ear Ache, Fatigue. Reason?

Hi, I have recently been getting head aches most days for the past few weeks. They are on the right side of my head, above my eye. I also get twinges of ear ache on this side too and feeling tired. It doesn't happen all day, usually late afternoon until I go to sleep. Just wondering it you have an idea what it could be?

Hello.Pain in a side of face,migraine is the first diagnose considered;but it not seem a pure migraine
( pain suffers less days,pain is most severe and accompanying symptoms are intolerance to light and noise).Another type of headache very frequent is tensional headache(The pain is not located where you say but is related to stress and tired-you feel tired-)
It is very common that diagnosis in headache is mixed headache(tensional and migraine)
Visit your doctor to examine you and establish diagnose.There is effectives drugs for prevent and treatment of migraine and tensional headache.Stress and tired are most related factors with tensional headache crisis.Menstruation, alcoholic excesses, food excesses,decreased sleep and stress are most related factors with migraine crisis.I wish you good health
