Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you describe the exact location of your headache-
1. Whether localized to one side or generalized headache?
2. Any associated vision disturbances during headache?
3. Any neck pain present?
4. Any history of head or neck injury?

Cigarette smoking causes more harm to lungs and heart. Living in smoke filled room can cause nauseating feeling.

You should get yourself examined and investigated for other causes of headache and dizziness.
You should get investigated for :-
1. MRI Head and Neck
2. ECG
3. Blood Sugar

You should also consult a Neurologist to rule out Migraine headaches.

Avoid thick pillows. Taking Betahistine 16 mg two to three times a day along with Domperidone 10 mg once a day and Paracetamol 500 mg will give relief to your symptoms.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
