Dear Nyima.
The pattern of headache and other symptoms you are describing suggests you have tension type headache.
I will describe you how it is, see if it fits.
It is a tight band like sensation involving the whole head. It increases in severity with the course of the day.
It has no throbbing or pulsatile sensations.
You might have reduced sleep.
Have you noticed that your breathlessness also appears in night with headaches.

If my description fits to you, not essentially everything, write to us, will help you with its management. And trust me, its very common and easily treatable.

You have neck stiffness, let us know if you have any fever too. Or any neurological deficit.
