Headache, Nausea, Thirst After Fall. Help Needed?
for real, are you a person? I live in Mongolia, a friend of mine who lives down in the gobi desert was riding a bike yesterday, she fell and slept almost the rest of the day, now has sever headache , nausea and thirst. she went to a doc, they just gave her some meds (I don t know what, I could inquire) and sent her home. should she get help?

Hi,
It seems that she might be having heat stroke and dehydration driving bike in desert giving rise to this problem.
Give her complete rest in cool atmosphere.
Give her plenty of water, electrolytes, ORS water and fruit juices.
Ok and take care.
