Headache, Fainting, Stressed. Need Doctor

My son is 46. Last week he passed out and hit his apartment building. The ems checked him out seamed fine. Was not drinking ect. Police did not cite him for any thing. Troy is on disablity &has no family doctor. He suffers with bad headaches for years, under stress daily. Seams he needs a blood work up &or stress test. He is on ss with a bridge. We are looking for a doctor who. Will accept him

Hi, it appears that there is head injury, that might be the cause of his not eating food. the long standing head ache could be due to sinusitis, migraine, and tension, though previous history there present head ache should be taken care of, to exclude the head injury. so i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
