Thanx for writing your query to us.
I had gone through ur question & i can understand that how you are feeling.

When things dont go the way we want than we try to react in repulsive manner.
You need counselling sessions & that will help to a lot & also help to overcome your problem.
It is natural response to get angry at times, but if you are getting angry on small small things over a peroid for long time than this stress will affect your mental health as well as physical health. So try to consult a counsellor. This is not only help you to control anger but also make you feel positive & happy towards life.
Take care.
