Headache, chest pain left side, veritigo, cronic migrain, codiene phosphate, chlorophniramine mealate

headache in left side near eyes, light chest pain left side, veritigo and shaking of hands now developed in few minutes time. i have cronic migrain n i have taken codiene phosphate 3 hours ago. habituated to codiene phosphate approx 120 to 150 mg , take it regularly mixed with chlorophniramine mealate approx 30 mg. habituated for 10 years or more. no any complication yet due to this. i have no any known deases and healthy. i had depression condition earlier which was treated. my regular problem is migraine headache which keeps on occuring in 2 . 3 days interval and remains for long time for 24 to 48 hours. this time today i had abobe mentioned problem so what it could be?

this seems to be again a form of migraine classical...
u can start sumatriptan 25mg thrice a day...wenever u get an attack...
to prevent it from recurring...take propanolol 40mg once at night plus nortriptyline 1.5mg once a day for 15 days to prvent the recurring migraine attacks..
