Headache Above Eyebrows, Fogginess, Stiff Neck, Nervous Twitch In Eyes, Lump In Neck . Blood Test Normal. Suggest
for 3 vweek or more i been suffering from headache above the eye brows foggyness in my head muddling up words stiff neck. some time when i get the headache i get pins and needles in me fingers and my eye will get a nervous twitch. and just latly i found a lump on my neck just under the skull in the middle that if i puch on to hard it makes me feel sick and dizzy. i have had blood test which came back normal can you help me with this as am getting really stressed with everything now to the stage were i am on the verge of quiting my job.

The symptoms of headache and stiff neck are being caused by the swelling at the nape of the neck. Other symptoms suggest that there is a swelling inside head.
I would advise that you get an ultrasound of the lump done to figure out the origin of the lump. If it is lymph node than a biopsy can be taken from it and send for pathology. We also need to figure out if it can be removed by surgery.
Also we need to do a CT-scan of the head to check out if there is any swelling inside.
