Head Injury, Mild Headache, Stiff Neck. Normal Symptoms Due To Fall?
Hi, I m a 56 year old female and I fell off a ladder yesterday and landed on my back hitting my head on the grass. I did not lose consciousness but had a mild headache the rest of the day. This morning I have a very stiff neck on all sides. Could this be a normal consequence of my fall yesterday? Anything to be worried about? Thank You for your time.

You are right that the stiffness is due to your fall- muscle spasm. you can do hot fomentation and then apply any pain reducing gel on the area. It will be advisable that you consult orthopaedician for expert advice.
