Head Injury, Eye Watering, Numbness In Cheeks, Tingling, Headache, Stiff Neck, Jaw Pain. Treatment?

I tripped on our bed and the right side of my head got struck by the ceiling fan twice. I saw stars and tears immediately began to come out of my eyes. The right side of my head and face (eyes and cheeks) were numb and tingling . I could barely sleep and the next day I had a horrible headache with tenderness, stiff neck , and even my jaw and teeth hurt. Its been 4 days now and I still have the headaches but my eye has been twitching constantly throughout the day. My head also still hurts. Should I be worried?

take pain killers and keep a watch. if nausea, vomitting, blurred vision , imbalance etc. occur , then you can consider consultation with your doc.
