Having weakness, foaming in mouth, fever, cold, shivering. Treatment?

hello my son seem to be foaming in the mouth and has signs of weakness, he just lies down and cant seem to muster enough strength to walk. but when he stands up he is playful. he has a fever yesterday and i noticed he was cold and shivering . but he body is not hot anymore, we stripped off wallpaper in our house an there seemed to have so much dust. could the dust have affected as well thanks

Foaming in mouth usually occurs due to-dry mouth.
Give plenty of fluids and nutritious diet to your child.
Vitamin b12 and folic acid supplements can be given.
If necessary ,salivary substitutes has to be administered.
