Having Swelling And Painless Lump Behind Ear. Could This Be The Result Of Bee Sting?

Hi there. A few days ago I got stung by a yellow jacket, twice on the wrist and once on my left ear. Last night I noticed a hard, painless lump behind my left ear, but behind my right ear is normal. Could the swelling behind my left ear be a swollen lymph node resulted by the bee sting?

Hi,
it seems that due to bee sting there might be having infection leading to enlarge lymph node behind the ear.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for 2 days.
Ok and take care.
