Hi, my name is Sue, I have a serious problem with the sinus in my forehead, I have had ex rays done which show there is mucus stuck in there. For the last six months I have tried numerous nasal sprays, antibiotics, nasal wash, even Zyrtec to try and dry it up, nothing has worked. I am on a two year waiting list to see a specialist even tho I have been told sinus surgery is not often successful. Every single night (which is when I cough the most) I have been taking panadeine forte and now mersyndol because the pain is horrific when I cough, feels like my head is going to burst. I am ok as long as I don't cough........ANY SUGGESTION WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED........oh and I have also tried honey and cinnamon which I read might help, IT DIDN'T.........is this advice from you free, as I am only a 61 year old pensioner?
