Having Red Spots On The Face, Head And Around Armpits, They Become Flaky And Itchy Later. Also Having Fever, Headache And Loss Of Appetite. Treatment?

My brother has what appear to look like red spots all of his face, head, around his arm pits and what even looks like his eyes. He has a large spot on his neck which he squeezed and his doctor thinks has become infected. The spots seem to go flaky after a short period of time and are extremely itchy. His body hurts. He's also had a bit of a fever, headache and loss of appetite
I have not seen him in person as I am worried as I have young children

Wewlcome to HCM.It appears that there is some form of Folliculitis which may be secondary to Staph/Strep bacerial infections. This needs to be treated with betalactamase resistant antibiotics like Amoxicillin -Clauvinic Acid and Faropenem.Therse may be contagious so scrathcing them and touching elsewhere may cause spread of infection, frequent handwashing may help.
