Hello,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Pearly penile papules are a natural and normal occurrence on the penis. You do not require any treatment for this. However if cosmetically, you find it unpleasant, you can talk about the treatment options with a good dermatologist. Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.

Hope it helps you. Regards.
