Having Painful Swelling Above And To The Right Of Urethra. Problem In Clearing The Bladder. Due To Undergo A Cystoscopy. Should I Go For The Test?
I have developed a painful swelling above and to the right of my clitoris/urethra. Currently I have a tube in my urethra as I had a problem clearing my bladder. I am due to undergo a cystoscopy on Thursday in a hospital in Sydney, NSW. The swelling is like a painful lump. Any ideas, or should I ask the surgeon on Thursday?

It seems that there might be having infection or irritation in urethra due to having catheter.
You may require change of catheter and one course of antibiotic to control infection.
Keep local part clean and healthy.
