Having Pain In My Stomach With Gas. Can It Be A Symptoms Of Pregnancy ?

hi ,my period date is 21 and today is 12 iam feeling pain in abdomen left side and backside and feeling gas below my stomach my abdomen is also swellling due to this problem for two days sometime this pain is like periods pain ,i also feel burn in stomach,am i pregnant or not?

hi,thanks for query.Before you miss your period it is not possible to diagnose pregnancy.The symptoms could be due to some infection or gaseous discomfort also.Please talk to your doctor and get treated for this.Take light diet and more of liquids.
