Having Ovarian Cysts. Prescribed Familion Tablets, Stomach Pain After Taking This. Advice?
Hi Dr iam 28 years old married 5months before..i had abortion n also underwent D&C and my scan shows right ovarian cyst of 5cms my dr suggested to take familion tablet for 3 months which is of 21 days& Iron tablet for 1 month is it safe taking familion tablet.. getting stomach pain aftr taking these tablets please suggest.

you have PCOD hence ovarian cyst for which you need to take ocps for its regression, or else it will become difficult for the treatment...so continue the familon tablets..
for stomach pain, take some antacids, it could be due to drug induced gastritis..
