Having On And Off Pain In Lungs, Hurts While Standing Or Breathing. What Is Going On?

I have this pain by my core/lower part of the lungs. It kinda feels like a cramp , but at the same time it feels like one of my organs is going to explode. The pain went away in an hour, but then it came back and I got sick. I feel fine now, I m not throwing up anymore. However when I breathe or even sit/stand still it hurts.

Dear SLAW1457,

you didnt mention the pain is for how long? If it just started( acute pain), please get a chest Xray.

It must be either a pleural effussion, fluid outside your lungs in pleura, or it must be muscular pain. only an Xray of chest can give us some idea.
