Having hair loss problem. Can I take biotin supplement or should I go for specialist advice?

hello doctor i have a severe hair loss problem for the past 1 year. I also have very less hair in the crown area of my head. I was just referring to some books and i came across something called a Boitin supplement , can i consume it too or should i take a prescription from a doctor. Does Niacin also help in hair growth. Please advise.

Hello, welcome to HCM.

Yes , Biotin, Niacin, Zinc and iron are essentil for hair growth and also comb every day 50 times with a wooden comb.
Take healthy diet with adequiate amount of protin and lots of water.

These medicines are available in every medical stores.
