You have H/O previous miscarriage in July and ultrasound scan for pelvis is WNL.

There are several reasons of miscarriage and have to rule out like Blood gr & Rh typing of both of you, chromosomal/ genetic abnormality, LPD/ Progesterone deficiency, Intrauterine infection, Diabetes, thyroid dysfunction etc.
Consult with your gynecologist for complete evaluation of miscarriage and do the needful tests.

Take Folic acid and other nutrients in pre-conceptional period to 3 months of pregnancy, avoid heavy work or long journey, complete bed rest and take healthy diet rich in protein during early months.
Be well.
