Having Dull Ache Of Clavicle. Feels Like Movable Hard Lump. Suggest

Hi Doctor,
Yesterday I had a dull ache by the left side of the clavicle. When I touched it I felt a small(dime size) movable kind of hard lump. Today it seems a little bigger.A little achier. I am seeing a physician Monday for an unrelated issue and wondered what would show up and grow so quickly. Hope it can wait for regular appointment on Monday. Thanks.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A movable hard lump in the area of clavicle is likely to be due to a swollen lymph node. An FNAC of the swelling will help in proper diagnosis and further treatment.
