Having Digestion Problem With Stomach Ache, Burning Stomach And Black Stool. How To Rectify?

Hi, I am Sumit Raj from Bangalore, India. Since last 1 month I am having problem in digestion. The symptoms are 1. Stomach ache, a feeling of burning in the stomach which many a times is followed by black stool. 2. I don't get any problem when I eat in less quantity, but whenever I eat to my stomach completely full, the problem as stated in point 1 starts arising 3. And regarding the stool, I am not get the normal solid stool. Its mostly semi solid.

Hello,

your symptoms look like you are having peptic ulcer (gastric or duodenal ulcer). Sometimes these ulcers bleed which could be the reason for your black stool. Black stool can also be a result of other bleedings in the upper gastrointestinal system.
My advice is to go as soon as possble to your GP or gastroenterology specialist who will make proper diagnostic tests to evaluate the reason for your symptoms.
