Having Dark Brown Mucus Before Period. Tube Removed, Had Ectopic Surgery. What Has Caused Infection?

Its been three days , having dark brown mucus before periods . Last period date was 25 May , & has tubal surgery on 24th May 2012 ans right tube has been removed. earlier the same year , i had an ectopic pregnancy on 12th Mar 2012. Doc removed the fetus but did not touch the tube & ovary . Which caused infection inside & on 25th May they have to remove it through another major surgery

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here if there was a infection then such discharge is very likely and happens after the eradication of infection and this is nothing to worry and does not need any treatment unless it manifest, like pain, fever, cramp, then and then this could need some treatment, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
