Have Vomiting, Tender Breasts And Craving For Salt And Vinegar. Could I Be Pregnant?

Ok so my period has been off last month my cycle was 40 days if I follow that count I should start on the 18th which is three days away I have been vomiting all day my breast are tender to the touch especially around the nipple are and have been craving salt and vinrgar took a test bt had a negative could I be pregnant or could it be something else

If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation then there is possibility for pregnancy.
As according your cycle, your period is expected on 18th, you better go for pregnancy test after crossing that date.
The symptoms you are experiencing could also be part of premenstrual syndrome. So better to wait till your expected date of periods.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment.
