Hello jaechoibooking
Welcome to HCM
Dear friend I would like to tell you that Marijuana doesn't really decreases aggression or anger instead it just calms individual for short time and over all aggression increases with marijuana. Your use of marijuana is probably due to your problem of anger, temper tantrum and aggression. In such symptoms risk taking behavior increases and individual becomes disinhibited which results in increased drug seeking behavior. So first of all you have to believe that marijuana will not improve your situation. Try to quit it, as there is no physiological dependence so its very easy to quit it.
Secondly regarding quality of life and all, I would like to tell you that treatment for Aggressive behavior is available and its very successful.
- many mood stabilizer drugs like Lithium carbonate, sodium valporate, carbazamapine etc. are highly effective in controlling aggression and these medicines are not very costly.
- Many psychological methods like Catharses in form of venting anger by playing outdoor games, by light exercise or by yoga are highly successful.
- Meditation, deep breathing exercises are other option.
So please don't think of changing state, instead visit a good psychiatrist and try to quit marijuana.
thanks hope I cleared your doubt.
Take care
