Have Swollen Neck Glands, Palate, Cough, Tests Negative, Had Repeated Sinus Infection, Treated With Antibiotics, Prednisone

I have had repeated sinus infections. Treated with antibiotics and prednisone. It helped but two weeks later another infection occurred. Mono is negative. Strep is negative. I have swollen glands in my neck and roof of my mouth. I end up with a cough too from pay nasal drip. I'm miserable. I don't know what doctor to see next. ENT and regular pcp not helping.

Hi, i advise u would undergo fnac of the swollen glands, based on the results of fnac the line of treatment to be decided.if fnac proves inconclusive then excision biopsy of the swollen glands has to be done. tests for tuberculosis like pcr , igg,igm zn stain to be done to rule out tuberculosis .grbs to rule out diabetes mellitus.sabarouds media culture to rule out fungal infection and accordingly the future line of treatment is planned, in consultation with your doctor.
