Have Swollen Joints, Muscle And Pimple Like Lumps Through Out The Body Which Is Itchy Red Along With Oozing

i keep getting pimple like lumps all over my body mainly near my joints that are extremly itchy red and when the lump pops clear liquid comes out it s causing me to wake up at night when it gets itchy it feels like its on fire

it has also now started with sore swollen joints and muscle spasms that last for 30minutes plus any clue what this could be i have been to the gp multipuli times with no luck i keep getting diffrent creams and tablets but nothing is helping
