Have Strep. Had Vaginal Swab Done, Showed Pus Cells, Epithelial Cells. What Am I Suffering From?

I had a vaginal swab done , the results showed " culture: 3 + gp A strep" what medication can i use to cure this infection . Also it seem to be a re occurring infection why is this happening ?
Also the Gram Stain : 2+ gm pos cocci, Occ gm Neg bacilli, 2+ Pus cell, Occ epithelial cells and Occ Red cells.
The results showed I'm resistant to, cefurox, ceftaz, sulfamethox & amikacin

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The drug of choice for streptococcus is penicillin.
Since you have gram+ve , gram -ve, pseudomonas infection .
So a broad spectrum antibiotics will suit .
You have also to take metronidazole .
All these drugs are to be taken after the advice of your treating doctor as self medication in this case is not good.
