Have Severe Chest Pain When Breathing, Shivering, Fever, Headache And Back Pain

I have severe chest pain when breathing in, green yellow mucus everytime I cough & a lot of it, temp last 38.66 degrees, prior to that 39.00 & 39.24 degrees, shivering uncontrollably for about 45 min prior to that, headache, back pain in particular but all over ache.

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

it seems like you are having pneumonia, caused by bacteria. My suggestion is to visit your GP as soon as possible to get appropriated medication. You will get probably penicillin, or macrolides (azithromycin), or cephalosporins. He will probably send you to do x-ray to be sure. Until than drink a lot of fluids, take paracetamol (for adults: 500 mg-1 g every 4-6 hours up to a maximum of 4 g daily) as antipyretic.
