Have Rapid Heartbeat, Fainting, Low Blood Pressure, Tiredness. What Is Wrong?

I was having rapid fluttering heart beats. Then I started fainting. I went to my doctor and my blood pressure was 90 over 60. Blood pressure continued to drop. Dr. Thought I was dehydrated, so he had me drink alot of water and my pressure returned to 120 over 70. This was 3 days ago. I continue to feel tired and a little woozy, I just had blood work and a urine sample taken. What could be wrong?
