Have Pregnancy Symptoms, Spotting, Lower Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Bloating, Dizziness, Frequent Urination. Am I Pregnant?

i want to know if i'm pregnant i had sex around the time of my ovulation i started get pregnancy symptoms 2 weeks later then i got a missed period 5 days later i started bleeding not like my regular period but light like the first day of my period it lasted 2 days and the 3rd day it was just a little spotting but my period is always very heavy now i look like i'm about 3 months pregnant and have 3 negative pregnancy test with some slight pain in my lower abdomen my symptoms were nausea,bloating, headaches, heartburn, frequent urination, dizziness, breast pain, abdominal pain, and breast swells whats wrong with me i need to know what do you think

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation there is possibility of pregnancy.
Here the points to be considered are:
-Scanty flow during periods can occur due to many causes like hormonal imbalance, anemia, thyroid hormonal abnormalities etc.
-Just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
-Urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy sometimes.
So, consult gynecologist once and go for ultrasound.
By doing ultrasound the possibility of pregnancy can be ruled out.
And also possible causes for hypomenorrhea can be identified.
If there is signs of pregnancy, better to rule out possibility of miscarriage and proceed accordingly.
If pregnancy is not there, you can take treatment for hypomenorrhea.
