Have Palpitations During Stress, No Chest Pain. EKG And X-ray Fine. Overweight

I get palpitations if I am worried or stressed. It feels like my heart is in my mouth. I rarely drink alcohol but feel that it might make it worse. This only occurs once or twice a year. I do not have any chest pain. I went to my doctor . My EKG and X-ray were fine and my heart enzymes were ok. I am slightly overweight but take lots of exercise. I recently completed a 20 mile walk.

hi..
you have palpitations, with exercises..
this is common phenomenon, that heart beats more when you exercise..
get one Haemoglobin test done, even anaemia may cause this..
if this is ruled out, you might be suffering from anxiety disorder/panic disorder, get one consultation with the psychiatrist..
do relaxing exercises like pranayama, meditation..
wish you good health..
