Have pain in joints. Have been on pain killers for a long time. What is the remedy for this?

Is instaflex safe for my mum who is 70years old. She is in a lot of pain and pain killers are not helping. She is medically and physically, mentally well. She recently had a fall during her gardening but no broken bones from medical examinations, apart from joints hurting all over. She still wants to keep up with her out doors activities. Please help.
