Hello Sir, Yesterday I had a mild pain in heart for few seconds(5-10 seconds) and it become normal when I drink some warm water and used rest room. I have gastric problem. Today I did my blood pressure check-up. The result is 129/84 and Pulse rate 113, after normal walk of 10 min immediately after lunch. My blood pressure a couple of months back was 105/67. My Age: 35 Men. I don t drink Alcohol, don t eat red meat. Was the pain I had yesterday is a heart attack? Do I need to consult a doctor? Is my pulse rate / B.P normal?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The pain you have mentioned may be related to your gastric problem as in case of gastric problems also you will have pain in chest and epigastric region. About your BP it is normal and your pulse is slightly raised may be due to the tension you are feeling about the heart problems. Dont worry take one pantop tablet and if pain still persists then you must consult a doctor. Thank you.
