Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
I can understand your great concern towards your health problem. There are many a possibilities regarding your red bumps. In skin practice some times we are not able to diagnose the problem just by the explanation of the patient. It needs definitely a thorough examination and the clear visualization of the skin eruption to diagnose the things precisely. I would like to advise you to meet a dermatologist as soon as possible who can diagnose the problem and give you treatment accordingly so that you could be alright before September.
For the time being period stay away from hot and humid environment, wear cotton clothes and do not scratch or pinch the affected areas.
Hope it helps.
with good health wishes,
