Have Intramural Fibroid. Trying To Conceive. Taking Folic Acid, Pause MF, Meftal Spas. Reason For Delayed Periods?

Hi...doctor I'm a 26 yrs recently diagnosed with a 5.7cm intramural fibroid....have been trying to conceive for the past 3 months....have been advised to take folic acid tablets...and been doing so for a month...also advised to take pause MF and meftal spas tablets....have taken one of pause MF and the latter occasionally when pain arises.....this month my periods are over due by 5 days...tested -'ve on home pregnancy test.....does any of the abovemmedication causing delay of my
Periods? Pls advice.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

None of the above mentioned medications would cause a delay in periods, the main and only cause is your fibroid. Due to this and depending on the size, your conception and pregnancy might not be as easy as it would be in a woman with no abnormalities.
