Have High Body Temperature, Positive For Typhoid. Taking Paracetamol. Does Typhoid Recur?

Sir my self anuj 26 yr old from india, from last some days my body temperature was from 99 f to 100 after taking paracetamol it was go down to normal, but after a period of 3 to 4 days it will again rise to 99 f. Then i go to the nearest doctor he advise me for blood test.
Blood report shows
Platelet count-0000
Thyphidot- Igm= positive
Igg= weak positive
Is this is a case of typhoid ? actually on month of march this year i was sufferd from typhoid .
Is typhoid repeat again?

Typhoid most of the times recurs if the full regimen of the antibiotics are not followed.

IgM positivity suggests there is active infection inside your body, and weak positivity of IgG indicates you had also been infected earlier.

You are hereby advised to have a Widal tube agglutination test with different ratio of antigens performed to see the actual titre of the antibodies in blood.
