Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Doc, my fiance recently got some blood work done because he was shakey at times when he had not eaten. We thought he could have diabetes or a thyroid condition. Both test came back negative. His bilirubin count seemed to be high though. 1st test showed a 1.8 bilirubin level. He went back the next day for another test and it showed a 1.6 bilirubin level. They want to wait 2weeks before taking another test. We re very worried! Any ideas on what could be going on?
